General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders and contracts for the sale of watch frames concluded via Emits.ch.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF). According to Art. 10 VAT Act (MWSTG), we are not subject to VAT – therefore no VAT is shown.
Payment is made by credit card or Klarna.

3. Delivery and shipping

Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer.
Shipping costs are shown separately.
Delivery times are usually 3–5 business days, depending on stock.

4. Return and right of withdrawal

A return is only possible if the delivered product is defective. In this case, the defect must be reported within 7 days of receipt and the product must be returned within the specified time.
Personalized or used items are generally excluded from exchange.

5. Retention of title

The goods remain the property of Emits until full payment has been made.

6. Data protection

Personal data will be treated confidentially and used exclusively for order processing. Further information can be found in our privacy policy .

7. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Laufen, BL.
